My wife and I stayed here August 2014. The house was beautiful, immaculate and the rooms were incredibly spacious. Trevor and Florence were very friendly and their breakfasts were beautiful and well presented and served in a very nice conservatory. Would recommend this place highly. You could not get better.

We have just returned from a two night stay at Kensington Lodge in the Family Room. We are delighted to have found the ideal place to stay when visiting Dungannon, so clean, comfortable and welcoming.Trevor and Florence are perfect hosts and they provided us with an excellent breakfast in the conservatory, with views over the rolling Irish countryside. We were even given a peak into their beautiful self-catering cottage, which will be just right for a family group. We will be back.

Stayed for just one night with my adult son and we found it hard to find fault. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the room was spacious and comfortable and the host, Trevor, was helpful and polite. We had a great sleep and delicious breakfast with countryside views, excellent power shower and good wifi reception. Gated entry means good security, plenty of parking space right outside and very quiet. Excellent decor throughout and beautiful location. Just 5 minutes drive from centre of Dungannon and good value at £90 inc breakfast. This is how b&b’s should be run. Highly recommended – hope to stay here again on next visit!

We were a party of 3 that stayed for 3 nights at the end of July. The family room was lovely and spacious including the bathroom and was exactly what we were after. We were doing family research, so the location was great for exploring the area. Trevor suggested the Viscounts Restaurant for dinner which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. Trevor and Florence were great hosts, very helpful, friendly and dished up very tasty breakfasts – including fresh tomatoes from their garden. If we ever make it back to Dungannon, we would definitely stay here again.
